Another public execution took place, this morning and as the Iranian year changes tomorrow, in the southern City of Jahrom. The new victim identified, by official sources, as "H. Z." was accused of murder.
He was hanged by the use of an industrial forklift in the city's central square. Heavy security measures were instated in order to contain any popular riot.
Authorities have declared their satisfaction of the process and hope that the "case would serve as an example for all those who are seeking to break the law".
The Islamic republic regime uses labels, such as, "Murderer", "Bandit", "Hooligan", "Rapist" or "Spy" in order to qualify its armed opponents. Such policy helps its European and Asian economic partners to justify the continuation of their business relationship vis-a-vis their public opinions.
