The following is a Public letter written, in captivity, by the dissident lawyer "Nasser Zarafshan". Mr. Zarafshan has been imprisoned for having accepted to represent the families of the political dissidents and writers killed by the Islamic regime's Intelligence circles. He has been condemned to 50 lashes and 5 years of imprisonement. In addition, he has been barred from the "Iranian Lawyer Association (ILA) by the regime and not by his colleagues as the constitution of the ILA requests in its chart. http://www.daneshjoo.org/fax/021003.gif
