--Text:-- Request to the Iranian people to attend mass rally at 18 Tir 1380 Once again 18th of Tir is upon us! A day to remember and hail the sacrifices made by our University students for freedom and glory of Iran. 18th of Tir is the day of defeat and shame for the forces of intolerance and hate, and a day of utmost victory for the Third Force and freedom fighters of our land! Noble Iranian people! As you are well aware, the dark days of suppression are over! No longer do we fear prison, torture and executions. Iranian masses have proved, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that they want freedom, democracy and justice. We, the Iranian people, want to be free; To determine our own destiny; To be able to voice our opinion, to think freely and openly. We no longer want to have political prisoners; We do not want our press to be forcefully closed; We do not want to have the Rule of Supreme Theologian (Vali-e-Faghih); We are tired of suppression, executions, prisons, tortures and forced confessions. We abhor lies and empty promises. We abhor the state's Seda va Syma (Governmental Radio and Television), and it's falsehood programmings (Hoveyat Sazan). We hate the so-called Guardian Council, the Expediency Council; The puppet Judiciary system, the We hate the non-functional, weak and puppet government, it's equally dismal Islamic Parliament, the Basigie, the Ansar, the Plain clothes undercover agents! We demand full accounting of our Oil treaties and other national resources being plundered by the Mullahs sons (Agah Zadeha) and State foundations. We want democracy, pluralistic and representative government. We no longer want to be poor, deprived and remain a Third world country. We want a government that is by the people and is for the people. We demand our own democratic and nationalistic system of government. We ask, are these unrealistic aspirations? Are aforementioned statements not true, depicting the nature of the government today in Iran? Are these the words of International imperialists and enemies of Islam, or, the true state of affairs in today's Iran? Are these demands of the Monafeghins (MKO) and the Unites States, the anti-revolutionaries, the agents of the deposed shah? Or no, the demands of majority of the Iranian people? To be true, these are the requests of the masses of the Iranian people, the old, the young, male and female, alike. These are the requests of the people in the streets, the factories, colleges and schools. These are demands of most absolute majority of our countrymen! We say, Gentleman, the nation has spoken! They no longer want you! In what language should we spell "NO" that you would understand? You no longer have any legitimacy! Your days of ruling is over, because our people no longer want you, your system or your laws! Iran belongs to the people of Iran and not to you! Return the country and it's government to People and leave! If the fundamentalist power mongers have any doubt as to their true standing in Iran today; If they think the people want the system of the Velayat-e-Faghieh and the rule by the clerics, okay, let them call for a free and fair referendum to see for themselves where they really stand! If they can garner even 5% of the vote, then, let them kill us all! No cheating and lip-service, though; Free, open and fair referendum under international observation! Our people are informed and alert, and know exactly what is going on! Whoever doubts that should re-evaluate his/her faculty! Gentlemen, For the past 4 election tries, you have received a resounding "NO"! Any other legitimate government would have resigned and returned power to the people. If you try for another 40 times, even, the answer you'll receive would still be "NO"! These people will never again vote for you. Let this people free before it's too late, less, they'll tear down your crown and castle, altogether! Heed the warning signs, and take them seriously! We, the student movement, are the voice of our people! 18th of Tir proved that your system cannot wish to stand against the popular will, of which, we are part and parcel! It is on this legitimate grounds that we invite the Iranian people, in Tehran, Tabriz, Mashad, Esfehan, Shiraz and all over the country to come out for a day of rally, to remember and salute the 18th of Tir and it's fallen colleagues! To demand freedom of all political prisoners and call for a national referendum! Iranian people have proved throughout history, that they will not bend to suppression and injustices, and this time, too, will not remain silent! We salute Ezat Ebrahiem Nejad and our unknown martyr colleagues of the University dorms (Koyeh Daneshgah) and the University of Tabriz. Long live July 9th (18th of Tir), the day of struggle with Oppression and tearing off Political prisoners captivity chains.
