The following document is the Public Answer of the disident Ayatollah Montazeri to the dissident lawyer Mehranguiz Kar who's the exiled wife of the imprisoned veteran journalist Siamak Pourzand.
Montazeri, answering Kar's question about the Religious legitimacy of her husband's repression, slams the theocratic regime's processes by qualifiying them as contrary to the Religious principles.
